The stainless steel blue jewel tipped cabochon crown is protected between a crown guard with a 100 meter water resistance. Seiko's own in house V157 Caliber movement is powered by light using ambient or direct sunlight with a 10 month power reserve capacity when fully charged.  The polished and brushed 3-link raised chevron style tapered stainless steel bracelet has a twin push button tri-fold safety clasps to stay in place.
