At TimeScape, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment and notify you once it arrives at our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
